Solution

In order to resolve this issue, you may follow these simple steps-
i. Click on the ‘Start’ button.
ii. In the Search box, type in ‘cmd.exe’
iii. Right Click on ‘CMD’ and select ‘Run’ as administrator, from the resulting menu.
iv. Then, type the following command, ‘regsvr32/ulmpgd 10.ax’, in the command prompt and then press ‘Enter’ on your keyboard.
You will receive a notification of the successful completion of the unregistration.

Issue #3

“I get a message saying 'Some start up programs have been blocked', while using the premium version of Windows Vista.”

Solution

You may resolve this issue by downloading and running a program named 'Autoruns'. It displays the programs which are supposed to run while your machine starts.
