Solutions to E-Mail Problems via Network Support

E-Mail is the trend of the current generation when it comes to sending and receiving messages. Nowadays, people have almost forgotten the process of sending letters via the traditional mailing service. Quite correctly, people choose to send their letters and messages through electronic mailing service. The obvious reason being that in E-Mails, the process of sending and receiving messages is carried out within a few seconds, instead of few days.

However, here are certain problems which users face pretty frequently while using the E-Mail service –

Wrong Username & Password

It is one of the most common problems when users complain that they put correct username and password to log in to their E-Mail account, but still they are notified that they have input wrong log in data.

To solve this problem, try entering the full user id instead of only the username, that is including the name of the mail server. For instance, enter johnny007@gmail.com, instead of 'johnny007'.

If that is not the problem, it may have happened that your web browser has saved a wrong username and password due to which you are not being able to access your account. Or it may also be the case that your Caps lock is on.

'No response' or 'Error contacting mailserver'

Another common problem with the E-Mail service is that users often get 'no response' or 'error contacting mailserver' messages. In such a scenario, the first thing you need to do to a basic check as to whether you have access to the internet or not.

If such is not the case then the problem might be with your mailserver. In that case you need to verify it with your mailserver whether they are experiencing some temporary technical problems.

Problem with attachments

The problem with opening, downloading and attaching files is not uncommon. You can experience problems while attaching files if you are trying its size beyond the capacity of your mailserver.

However, if you are facing problems with downloading or opening attachments, then may be the file has got corrupted somehow. In that case you can ask the sender to resend it.

For advanced troubleshooting you need to avail network support services.
